These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Using the platform

StayJi provides search, comparison, saved items, enquiry/callback, messaging and eligible location assistance. It is not your landlord, accommodation operator or an emergency service. Use your own account, provide truthful information and do not impersonate another person, harvest owner data, abuse messaging or submit fabricated reviews/reports.

Contact and visits

Requesting contact routes the necessary enquiry information to the relevant owner under Privacy. It does not guarantee a response, vacancy, price, service quality or transaction. Confirm appointments and location directly. Do not share OTPs, passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Before you commit

Listing availability on StayJi should not be treated as a substitute for physical inspection and independent verification.

Inspect where reasonably possible, verify the room and representative, clarify total charges and refunds, and obtain written terms and receipts before payment or moving in. Final accommodation agreements are direct with the provider unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service.

Your rights and conduct

Owners must not harass you or misuse your information. Report suspected fraud, privacy concerns or misconduct through Report Property or Grievance. Keep evidence and contact appropriate authorities in urgent cases. These Terms preserve mandatory consumer and other statutory remedies. Accepting terms is not consent to unrelated marketing.
