These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Storage used for service delivery

StayJi uses browser session/local storage for account sessions, property comparisons and form drafts, and may use server session/security cookies for configured features. These mechanisms keep sign-in and requested workflows working; browser storage is not itself a guarantee that the information remains private on a shared device. Log out and clear local data when using a shared device.

External services and optional tracking

Using Google sign-in, map tiles/geocoding, external map links or embedded third-party content can contact those providers and expose technical information such as IP/device data. Provider settings and privacy notices apply to their own processing. The built-in sponsored-ad feature counts impressions and clicks; opening an advertisement contacts its external destination. Supported but unconfigured analytics or automation code is not evidence of active third-party tracking.

Optional non-essential tracking must not be introduced under this notice without a lawful basis, a provider/storage inventory and consent controls where required. Necessary platform use is not blanket acceptance of advertising. No false claim is made that every third-party request is blocked by a banner.

Your controls

You can manage cookies and storage in browser settings, deny/revoke geolocation permission, log out and request privacy actions through Contact. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or lose unsaved drafts. Clearing local storage does not delete server-side account, enquiry or legal records; request those actions separately under Privacy.
