These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Ownership and permission

StayJi branding, software and original platform content remain with their rights holders. Owners/users retain their original works and must have permission to publish photos, videos, text and other material. Do not copy competitor listings or upload copyrighted media merely because it is available online. Public listing content receives only the operational/promotional licence described in Terms; private messages and identity documents are not advertising assets.

Notice of infringement

Send a copyright complaint through Contact/Grievance with the work identified, the precise StayJi URL, your relationship to the rights holder, contact details, supporting information and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to complain. Do not attach unnecessary personal documents. Knowingly false or abusive claims are prohibited.

Review and response

We assess sufficiently specific notices, may restrict access while reviewing, preserve relevant evidence and notify the submitting party where lawful. That party may provide permission or other lawful grounds for use. Restoration/removal and disclosure follow applicable Indian law and any binding order; this process does not import a foreign statutory safe-harbour procedure or decide ownership conclusively. Repeat infringement can lead to restrictions, subject to fair review and mandatory rights.
