What does verification mean?

Only the specific completed check stated in a dated listing record, with verifier role and scope. Approval alone is not verification.

What does verification not mean?

It does not certify ownership, title, licences, fire/building compliance, safety, quality, current availability, price, financial reliability or future condition.

When was a property verified?

Read its verification record. If no dated record and scope are displayed, do not infer that a check happened.

Can verification expire?

Yes. Read any expiry/reverification date. Even an unexpired historical check does not guarantee current or future conditions; report changes.

Does a physical visit guarantee legal compliance or safety?

No. A recorded physical visit only establishes the limited observation stated at that time. It is not a legal, safety, title, police or regulatory certification.
