How do I report a fake or materially different property?
Use Report on the property, select the reason and describe the issue. Include the listing ID, dates and factual details; send supporting attachments to support if needed. Avoid exposing other people’s sensitive data.
What if an owner behaves improperly or harasses me?
Stop unsafe communication, preserve evidence and report the conduct. For immediate danger contact the appropriate emergency authorities. StayJi is not an emergency-response service.
What if I lose money?
Contact your payment provider and appropriate authorities promptly; keep receipts, messages and recipient details. Send StayJi the listing reference for platform investigation. Recovery is not guaranteed.
What should I check before payment?
Inspect the room, facilities, address, authority to rent, current charges, house rules and safety arrangements. Obtain written terms, verify the recipient and keep proof. Never pay solely because a listing appears here.
Does a published listing certify fire or building safety?
No. Independently request and verify relevant permissions and safety arrangements. Publication and a physical visit are not regulatory certifications.
