What information does StayJi collect and why?

Account/contact information and supported property interactions, enquiries, messages, history, notifications and security data help provide and protect the service. See Privacy Policy for purposes, sharing and retention.

Who can see my phone number?

It is not intended for unrestricted public display. Requesting an enquiry or callback can share necessary contact details with the relevant owner and authorized platform staff under the supported workflow.

How do I request account or data actions?

Contact StayJi support from your account email with the request. Identity may need verification; required legal, security or dispute records may need to be retained. Applicable rights and remedies remain available.

How is Google sign-in handled?

Google authenticates the account and returns supported profile information. StayJi does not receive your Google password. Existing account access and locally set passwords follow the authentication controls.

Is marketing consent mandatory?

Service communications are different from optional marketing. Marketing must have an appropriate lawful basis or consent where required. Do not interpret an enquiry as unlimited marketing permission.
